I employ a diverse range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, tailored to suit your individual needs. I am also eligible to provide sessions under the MBS Pregnancy Support scheme.

The Golden Hour is passionate and committed to supporting women and their families in all areas related to the perinatal period. We also often support families with the transition to parenthood and the day to day juggling of family life.

Outside of the perinatal space I treat a broad range of presenting issues including anxiety and mood conditions, interpersonal and attachment difficulties, social challenges, adjustment issues, and perfectionism. I also seek to ensure my clients have the tools to thrive once their mental health has improved, with an emphasis on improving lifestyle choices, mastering focus, building motivation, and enhancing resilience.
