Introducing
Brooke Jericho
Clinical Psychologist & Director
I bring a wealth of diverse professional experience from both public and private sectors, spanning various facets of life. My focus lies in supporting individuals grappling with a spectrum of psychological challenges such as anxiety, mood disorders, adjustment issues, perfectionism, and relational conflicts.
Across my career journey, I have honed a keen interest in perinatal mental wellness, addressing parenting-related struggles encompassing relationship dynamics, communication hurdles, attachment issues, and role transitions. Additionally, I am deeply invested in aiding individuals and couples navigating infertility, IVF processes, as well as providing solace through grief and loss experiences.
As an accredited Circle of Security facilitator, I am deeply committed to an attachment-based parenting approach, aiming to empower individuals and couples in surmounting obstacles, crafting purposeful lives aligned with their values, and fostering a haven for contemplation and optimism. My approach is characterised by empathy, warmth, and a collaborative spirit, where I meet individuals where they stand, accompanying them on their transformative journey.
I cherish my roles as a mother to one small child and one not-so-small furchild.
